Job Title: Agile Scrum Master position
Location: Memphis, TN
Duration: 11 Months Contract
Job Description:
Scrum Master to head Agile development effort.
Successful candidate will need to adapt the agile development
process to a unique, startup-like environment working across multiple
hardware and software development streams
Ability to tailor the agile process to project will be key
The Scrum Master will be doing much, if not all, of the writing of
the user stories
Excellent communication and mentor skills REQUIRED
Must also be able to balance the scrum master responsibilities with
the demands of producing these user stories
Further Requirements:
At minimum, first level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM )
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a
software development team
Experience with successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD,
TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated
Testing, Agile Games
Experience applying a wide variety of techniques for filling in the
intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown
techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Experience in applying Agile to hybrid software-hardware development
projects
Must be able to work in a highly dynamic, cross-functional
environment, interacting with hardware engineering and data analytics
professionals
Master’s degree preferred but not required
