*MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst*

The Consultant will conduct the business requirements and system analysis
for the MIGA CRM project



*MUST HAVE*

·         Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013

o   Proven experience working with MS Dynamics CRM product

·         Strong experience in Business Analysis

o   Ability to understand client’s business needs and translate into IT
specific requirements

o   Proven experience in gathering business requirements and developing
documents for business requirements and functional specifications

o   Document business requirements and facilitate requirement sign-off with
appropriate business stakeholders

o   Experience developing and employing functional project artifacts (Use
Cases, User Stories, Requirements Definitions, Process Flows, Process
Definitions, User interface Design)

o   Experience working with formal SDLCs, business analysis methodologies
and major project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

o   Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes,
presentations and other documentation/communications

·         Proven experience in defining requirements for solutions in
multiple-entity environments

·         Team player who works well with technical and non-technical
resources

·         Experience working in integrated teams comprising of employee and
consultant resources

·         Project management experience

·         Experience in Public sector/government

·         Strong writing skills

·         Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years relevant work
experience

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability
to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders

·         Experience using standard project tools including Microsoft
Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint

·         Experience in performing Analysis and Design on large systems
integration project with multiple organizations

·         Strong business process knowledge and analytical skills

·         Proficient in developing use cases and test plans

·         Excellent relationship management, communication (written and
verbal) and leadership skills

·         Ability to develop and sustain close relationship with peers,
business clients and contractors.



*NICE TO HAVE:*

·         Experience working in the finance and/or banking industry

·         Prior experience in working with data migration, extraction or
conversion projects

·         Strong knowledge of the Microsoft CRM and SharePoint platforms
