This Linux Systems Admin needs to have experience with *Cloud
Infrastructure* preferably *Amazon - AWS, EC2*.
*Project Overview:*
Serve as Linux and Cloud administrator to ensure business systems and
interfaces are functioning efficiently.
*Key responsibilities include:*
· Provide technical support, monitoring, maintenance and
trouble-shooting as necessary to keep systems free from issue.
· Assist with review and refinement of current infrastructure
environments.
· Assist with design and development of new infrastructure
environments.
· Provide system programming support utilizing scripting and Python.
· Develop and maintain appropriate security and access rights for
employees.
*Required Skills:*· *3+ years IT infrastructure experience*·
Linux system administration (*Ubuntu, Cent/OS*)· Internet
technologies (*Mail Systems, DNS, SSH, Web-Services*)· *Cloud
computing (EC2 and Google AppEngine*)· *MySQL DBA* skills·
*Python
*or other scripting language
*Preferred Skills:* · *Version control systems (Mercurial or
Git*)·
*Monitoring *applications such as* Nagios, NRPE*· *Orchestration*
software (such as *Ansible*)
