Work with customer’s System Requirements to understand the scope of the Change request Schedule and lead meetings, as needed, with the relevant SMEs to assess and document the impact each CCR has on the existing product – including hardware, software, mechanical, test and validation, HMI, and translations/localization. Work with the customer SME’s and suppliers (if necessary) to determine and document the effort and associated costs needed to execute the CCR. Work with customer’s program management team to determine and document when this CCR could be made to the relevant product(s). Work with customer’s sales team to provide the documentation needed so that the CCR can be quoted to the customer.
