Job Description:
The candidate will ensure all work in relation to Metrics (data collation,
generation and analysis of key Global/ Regional Operational Risk ('OpRisk')
metrics reports for key OpRisk governance forums within the Bank), Loss
Data and OpRisk Reporting Systems/Projects is delivered.
The candidate will also be involved as a Risk Analyst for Loss data
Collation and reporting .
The role involves:
- Responsibility for working with stakeholders to ensure delivery on
data collation, generation and analysis of key OpRisk metrics/Loss data
reports at the Bankwide, Divisional, Legal Entity and Regional levels
- Involvement in the enhancement of metrics/loss reporting under the
OpRisk Framework Initiative
- Performing risk analyst role for loss incidents
- Liaison with report owners, metrics/loss data providers in business
areas across the Bank and other stakeholders to implement metric report
changes as required
- Analysis of metrics data and provision of appropriate challenge to
business areas to identify potential risk and control issues
Skill set - Must Have
- Domain knowledge of Operational Risk
- Good communication skills, Strong documentation skills - must have
worked on BRD/FRD documents.
- Proficient in UML - Specifically Use Case diagrams
- Must have worked in BFSI Domain, IT projects
- Experience year range - 7 to 10
Good to have -
- Certification like FRM, CFA would be an added advantage
In addition to the skills mentioned above the person should have experience
in -
- Developing test plans, test scripts
- Automation of test scripts with QTP
- Functional testing, black box/white box testing
- Testing monitoring, test reporting, defect tracking and analysis
Location: Warren, NJ
Duration: 6 months+
Pay Rate: Should not exceed beyond $400/Day
