*Top 3 Skills:*
*1. Guidewire Claims version 5-8 (must have one of those)*
*2. Development experience with Java *
*3. Webservices/Filenet experience*
The candidate should also have:
• Minimum 2 years of development experience in Claim Center
version 5 or above).
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in system development.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communications skills, with an ability
to express complex technical concepts in terms less technical people can
understand.
• Experience in participating in requirements definition studies.
• Ability to make recommendations for technical improvements of
existing systems.
• Utilize agile methodology throughout the project life cycle.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to work well
within a team environment.
• Additional desirable skills (but not required) include any
GuideWire version upgrade experience or development in Java using Guidewire
API’s.
