*Skills needed:*
· Strong QA Lead skills
· Ensure quality delivery of IT releases per plan (scope, cost &
schedule)
· Manage project priorities & interdependencies across releases
· Manage/monitor all QA activities @ near shore/offshore for their
given areas of responsibility
· Proficiency in driving QA meetings
· PeopleSoft HR /domain skills
· OBIEE skills
· Oracle Fusion is MUST
· ALM experience & knowledge of automation ( Automated Regression +
Performance) (nice to have Automation Experience/Knowledge)
· QTP (ROI based approaches)- (nice to have QTP Automation
Experience)
· Load Runner or any tool experience preferred- (nice to have LR
Automation Experience)
· Excellent in SQL and data analysis skills
· Excellent in MS excel and other MS office applications
