Experience with Business Intelligence applications is critical to success. i. Provide Application Support -Handle User Access Cases -Handle Support Cases -Assist and Create with Application FAQs -Assist with month end support (review audits, etc.) -Create documentation on support process and applications ii. User Audits - Assist with coordination of user audits for applications - Ensure audits are complete, accurate, timely, and in compliance - Assist with SOX user testing when applicable iii. Support projects with process mapping, analysis, metrics and reporting iv. Analyze and identify process improvement and operation enhancements v.
