Electrical Engineers Degree with several years experience as an IC designer. b.. Excellent team player within the design team as well as within a cross functional team. c.. Analog IC design skills in areas such as Bandgaps, Amps, Comparators, ADCs (SAR and/or sigma delta), DACs, Linear Voltage Regulators, Switching Voltage Regulators, Switched Capacitor, Active Filters, etc. d.. Strong layout knowledge and parasitic component understanding. e.. Process and Device Physics knowledge are a strong plus. f.. Design of analog front ends is another strong plus. g.. Software tools such as Cadence Analog Artist/Virtuoso, Power-mill, SPICE, etc.; h.. The following areas of experience are helpful: BiCMOS/CMOS knowledge, High Voltage/High Current design, Sensor, Wafer fab and Process, Yield enhancement, Modeling (e.g. Verilog-A), ESD, motor control, and RF design tools. i.. Good English in word and writing.
