Title: Senior Voice Support Engineer posted on 2014-09-24 19:06:49 Job Description:Title: *Senior Voice Support Engineer* Location: *Jersey City, NJ* Start Date: *immediately * Duration: *6 -12 Months Contract to Hire* Industry: *Financial* *Job Description: * Senior Voice Support Engineer will maintain and support voice services which may include corporate telephony, contact center telephony, voice conferencing and collaboration services. Specific products may include Cisco Unified Communication (Call Manager, Unity Connection, Unified Presence), Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise [UCCE] (ICM, CVP, VXML, IVR, ASR), call flows (ICM/CVP Scripting), Cisco Conferencing (Meeting Place, WebEx), and Verint (call recording, Quality Monitoring, and WFM). Required Skills: Technical Experience: - *Strong knowledge of Cis**co Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) which includes **Cisco ICM **environment, **Cisco CVP platforms **and VXML voice gateways. * - *Strong knowledge of ICM/CVP scripting and experience interpreting business requirements into call flows.* - *Strong knowledge of Nuance environment.* - Strong knowledge of platform and application for Cisco Unified Communication products which includes Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unified Presence. - Strong experience in Cisco Voice Gateway configurations and administration. - Experience with SIP and H.323 protocols. - Strong knowledge of networking principles to include basic understanding of TCP/IP, IP subnetting, VLANs, Ethernet, routing and switching, DHCP, DNS and QoS. - Experience with TFTP, FTP, SFTP, mapping network drives and general operations procedures for Windows and Linux Servers. - Experience with Cisco Unified Meeting Place and WebEx. - Experience with Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC). - Experience with system upgrade planning and execution. - Experience resolving issues with voice carriers. - Experience with customer controlled routing through voice carrier portal or software. - Experience with large scale call center environments. - Experience with supporting platform and application for IP Based call recording solutions which includes Call Recording, Quality Monitoring and Workforce Management. - Experience with RSA, ILO and ESX VM environments. - Expert problem solving and analytic skills to isolate problems, recommend solutions and implementation of solutions. - Provide level 1 and level 2 production support and problem management - Work closely with business partners on telephony related issues to assess impact and manage client - Be able to work in a geographically dispersed team environment - Perform other job related duties as assigned - Voice experience within e-commerce or financial services industry. - Familiarity with AXL for CUCM and its capabilities - 5+ years experience in Cisco Voice/Data communications *Click here to view full job description and apply <http://www.ejobsville.com/display-job/251067> (Registration not mandatory to apply for this job)* ------------------------------ Best regards, eJobsVille.com - For The Best Tech Jobs In Town -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
