*Location: Charlotte, NC * *Duration: 6+Mts* *DataStage Developer with Information Analyzer* *Must Have: * • * Proven experience delivering enterprise wide data control initiatives * *• Proven knowledge and experience working with data quality analysts, source matter experts and data stewards.* *• DataStage (2-3yrs), Information Analyzer (1-2yrs) and strong SQL Experience.* *Top Skills: ETL; Datastage; Information Analyzer* ----The position will perform discovery, design, reviews of control solutions and responsible for DQ Service project delivery • Provide recommendations regarding enhancements and/or improvements regarding data control procedures within the enterprise master data, operational data stores, data warehouse, data marts • Supporting projects that have data profiling and control efforts. • The ability to engage with the data quality group to understand requirements and implement proper data quality controls both through inflight ETL processes and pre/post data movement process. • 3-5 years in IT specifically regarding data warehousing, ETL and operational data store initiatives. • Strong understanding and experience with Data Quality and how controls tie into data quality • Strong understanding of differences in various controls *• Proven experience delivering enterprise wide data control initiatives * *• Proven knowledge and experience working with data quality analysts, source matter experts and data stewards.* *• DataStage (2-3yrs), Information Analyzer (1-2yrs) and strong SQL Experience.* • Experience in User Interaction, Business Analysis, Development, Integration, Documentation, Testing, Deployment, Building, Configuration and Production/Customer support, Maintenance and Enhancements applications. • Expertise in Extraction, Cleansing, Validating and Integrating of data from multiple systems. • Hands on experience in Transforming Business specific rules into functional Specs. • Work with the Data Integration Architect to create control standards, High Level and Low-level design documents. • Strong Knowledge of Data Warehouse Architecture, Star Schema, Snow flake Schema, Fact tables and Dimensional tables. • Experience in Integration of various data sources like TeraData, DB2UDB, SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase and Ms-Access. • Strong experience in writing database procedures, functions and fine-tuning SQL for performance optimization. • Good experience in writing Shell Scripts to automate file manipulation and data loading procedures. • Responsible for Production Support and involved in On-Call for Data Control applications.
