Required Skills: * Expert in building and debugging rich internet application with Adobe Flex and Flash platform * Expert in building and debugging PHP/SQL based database driven web application and content management best practice. * Expert in building and debugging high performance C programs * Experience in working with databases and XML-based backend APIs * Some basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and UX design * "Client facing" written & verbal communication skills (English) required * Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Information Systems from top university.
