Title: Sr. Data Analyst posted on 2014-09-29 18:30:23 Job Description:I have an urgent position for *Sr. Data Analyst*, *Job Title: Sr. Data Analyst* *Location: Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX* *Duration: 4 month+* *Job Description:* Work directly with the client user community and business analysts to define and document data requirements as the foundation for database design, data extraction, analysis or cleansing. Also determine and document data mapping rules for movement of data between applications or for population of new databases. *Additional Responsibilities: * • Adhere to and promote the use of data administration standards • Support data selection, extraction, and cleansing for corporate applications, including data warehouse and data marts • Create and sustain processes, tools, and on-going support structures that enable reuse and efficiency • Investigate and resolve data issues across platforms and applications, including discrepancies of definition, format and function • Create and populate meta-data into repositories • Responsible for coding, testing, and creating customer-level tables that can be used to generate reports and ad-hoc analyses • Ensure that the reporting team has the tables needed for accurate and consistent customer data reporting by product • Bundle data where information must be compiled on multiple consumer products *Responsibilities may also include:* o Create data models, including robust data definitions, which may be entity-relationship-attribute models, star, or dimensional models o Create data flow diagrams and process models and integrates models across functional areas and platforms o Employ data mining techniques to achieve data synchronization, redundancy elimination, source identification, data reconciliation, and problem root cause analysis o Quality control and auditing of databases, resolving data problems, and analyzing system changes for quality assurance *Required Qualifications: * • Experience creating, testing, and optimizing data tables • Ability to communicate clearly • 6 or more years experience with SQL coding • Experience with consumer data on the EDW, to include eCI, SDR, MIS_VIEWS, and Telco Unreg Retail Views • Expertise on Telco, DSL, Satellite, Wireless, IPTV, HSIA, and VoIP data • Experience with AT&T data warehouses (EDW, eCDW, RDW, etc.) • SQL server familiarity • Demonstrated ability to be client focused • Ability to write coding requirements based on business needs • Expertise in planning, implementation, quality checking and data analysis • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong analytical skills Job Requirements: *data analyst, sql, edw, eCI, SDR, MIS_VIEWS, Telco Unreg Retail, DSL, Satellite, Wireless, IPTV, HSIA, and VoIP, EDW, eCDW, RDW* *Click here to view full job description and apply <http://ejobsville.com/display-job/253723> (Registration not mandatory to apply for this job)* ------------------------------ Best regards, eJobsVille.com - For The Best Tech Jobs In Town -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
