Experience in HP Open Manage for Windows version 8.1 and other HP Enterprise Management software required. Experience with creating and maintaining/troubleshooting custom HP OMW policies is required to support the existing Windows enterprise monitoring solution for Them. Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language; PowerShell, VBScript, .NET preferred. The candidate will be expected to troubleshoot issues on the Microsoft Windows server platform and have advanced knowledge of a Windows application and user environment. They will troubleshoot production incidents, providing corrective actions and root cause analysis. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a large enterprise environment deemed mission critical and have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Work related skills: • Extensive knowledge with the Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 operating system platform as well as Microsoft clustering technologies to support file and print services. • Proficiency with HP Open Manage for Windows and other HP Enterprise Management softwares. • Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language; PowerShell, VBScript or .NET.
