*Job Description: Client* has an initiative within HCM to migrate from Sum
Total to Success Factors. Reason being, is that Success Factors is an SAP
product so with Client being SAP, it makes the most sense to be on 1
platform. They currently have 1 person on the team that knows Success
Factors, so need someone who knows Sum Total to contrast. This person will
be extracting data from SumTotal using SQL to migrate into Success Factors.
In addition, they will also be doing manual testing utilizing HPQC. So a
couple of nice to haves would be HPQC and Crystal Reports.
*Additional Information: *The contingent resource will help on the
SuccessFactors implementation (LMS project) in the data migration and
testing capacity. This resource should have a technical background in
SumTotal back end tables and be able to write SQL. Other requiered skills:
a. Excellent Access and Excel Knowledge or equal tools b. Technical
knowledge (table level) of Sumtotal (LMS) c. Prior experience with data
cleansing and validation d. Prior experience with writing LMS test scripts
in HPQC e. Learning Management process familiarity (this person will
participate in executing test scripts) f. Experience writing and executing
Crystal Reports and Successfactors Custom Report Tool
*Business Challenge: *Project planning/management is needed as internal
business units move from legacy systems to SAP. Smooth transition ensure no
down time, loss of productivity and data loss.
