I believe it is better that they do not. They should focus on the change management part of the project. The correct individual will have a tool box of change management strategies and approaches in the following areas; · Existing tool set for Change Management · Best Practices on change management for large projects · Perform frequent project updates · Create Newsletters · Play the communication leadership role There are up to 16 different locations affected by this change. The primary project location will be in Grafton Wisconsin, although there are not changes at this site. This person should be prepared to travel at least 50% of the time to various different locations including Mexico, Tipp City OH, La Vergne TN, Lessport PA, El Paso TX, among others.
