*Duration: 6 months +* *INTERVIEW PROCESS: First, phone interview and then ONSITE Face-to-Face – Candidate should be local to the area.* *Rate: DOE (Keep it Low)* Job Details: Participates in the planning, analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and control of the organization's databases. Under general guidance and/or utilizing existing tools and templates, performs moderately complex server-class database activities including one or more of the following: - Troubleshooting, maintenance and production support. - Performance monitoring and tuning. - Assist with logical/physical database design and creation. - Data modeling and/or mapping. - Program and code to automate and/or support the database environment. - Configure and test for database installations and migrations. - Back-up and recovery activities. - Assist with gathering business requirements and database metrics for further analysis. - May participate in projects as a coordinator or in a support capacity.
