Determine best method to gather, manipulate and present data. * • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging methodologies. • Develop project plans. • Gather business requirements and translates business questions into requirements • Follow appropriate methodology including testing/baseline/ measurement/comparators strategy. • Identify data sources. • Consults on the evaluation of software tools, solutions, and vendors assessing that “statistical significance” is really valid. *3. Performs requirements execution to support business needs. * • Gathers required data and performs data analysis to support business need. Anticipates clients' future and ongoing needs. • Evaluates, processes & analyzes data • Designs, develops, and delivers solutions, resulting in decision support. • Conducts analysis and benefits/risk assessment to estimate outcomes and validate execution.
