1.      Minimum 5 years Internationalization and Localization experience
2. Minimum 3 years software development experience
3. Experience with SDL WorldServer

*REQUIREMENTS*

•Minimum 5 years Internationalization and Localization experience
•Minimum 3 years software development experience.
•Minimum 1 year experience in process mapping and design
•Knowledge of I18N technology and techniques, including but not limited to:
IME, DBCS, and bi-directional language enablement
•Experience with JSON, .properties, .resx, .xml among other file types
•Demonstrated knowledge of good software-engineering practices
•Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, expressing goals and
ideas clearly to a variety of partners
•Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
•Excellent, detail-oriented problem-solving skills
•Limited international travel


RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage Localization projects end to end from estimate through delivery.
•Attain efficiencies through process mapping, design and implementation
•Support development teams as they adopt Internationalization best
practices and change their architecture to make translation easy.
•Assist Regional Marketing with UAT test planning and defect management.
•Write automation scripts to route application files to and from
translations.
•Provide documentation and training for developers whose applications will
be localized
•Enable easy translation of CMS content. Support IT and content teams who
use a CMS.
•Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve globalization
and localization issues
•Ensure code is secure, reusable, testable, and meets quality standards
•Be a flexible and energetic team player who brings new ideas to the table.

PLUSES
• Knowledge of HTML and Flash
• Desktop Publishing Experience
• Fluency in one or more languages native to Eastern/Middle-Eastern Europe,
Asia, and Central Asia (preferably Arabic and Russian)
