As part of the BOP and the implementation of the PeopleSoft 9.1 solution, it is critical that the new system and business processes are thoroughly tested, validated and accepted by the end-user community prior to project go-live. This scope of work is for a PeopleSoft Functional Consultant – Business Analyst Finance who will be helping the business users preparing the UAT test scripts and performing UAT testing activities as outlined below. The Consultant will also help the end users and business owners with the data conversion activities. This role will work directly with the end users and the contractor. The Consultant will be reporting directly to the Project Manager who will be directing the activities of the proposed candidate. *Required Skills:* · Analyze test requirements to cover all modules implemented to include: GL/AR/BI/PC/CA/AP/PO/KK/GM/CM/DM, HCM and EPM/Budgeting & Forecasting · Prepare test scripts based on test scenarios identified · Provide help as required to analyzethe conversion of the data fromPeopleSoft 8.4 to 9.1 FSCM. · Monitor end users’UAT execution by expertise area (see modules implemented above) · Monitor and control / validate test results with users and follow-up on open issues · Work with business users, PM and contractor to resolve UAT reported defects · Perform technical activities such as running queries to validate expected results and analyze discrepancies with actual results · Maintain all tests execution and defects in HPQC UAT project for the end users · Run ad-hoc reports to validate and reconcile data converted in 9.1 · Identify and gather non-PeopleSoft data and input data in specified format · Ensures and validates that the Systems Integrator’s data conversion team loads all data necessary for go-live (by domain of expertise) · Ensures and validates all necessary testing prior to project for go-live performed by the Systems Integrator; to include but not limited to performance testing, regression testing, help desk testing, disaster recovery testing, back up testing, etc. *Please fill the details below:* Consultant Full Name: Consultant Current Location: Consultant Contact Number: Consultant Email ID: Consultant Skype ID: Consultant Education Details: Degree Attained / College Name / University / Year of Passing Visa Status & Validity: Availability: Interview timings: References: Thanks and Regards, Arjun/InfoTech Spectrum Inc.
