Specs: Location - Pune Duration - Full Time Job Role - Sr. Administrator - IBM Stack Experience - 4-6 years Job Timings - Support coverage on weekdays [Mon - Fri] from 4.00 am to 12.00 pm IST, weekends off. Responsibilities: Be primary hands on technical resource in the India. Perform trouble shooting and proactive administration around IBM product stack(WebSphere, WebSphere Portal, WCM, Process Server, Rational, etc) Work with an international support team in Eastern Europe, Brazil and India to help manage support incidents and ensure that service level agreements (SLA's) with customers are fulfilled. Provide weekday coverage from 4 PM - 12 AM US Pacific Time, assuming responsibility for Incidents from our US and Brazilian teams, and transitioning incidents to our Indian and European teams. Help the Managed Services Manager with customer relationship for U.S. based support and managed services customers Contribute to define and optimize Managed Services procedures and policies.
