Here is feedback based on the inital submittals. 5 month contract with HP in
Plano, Texas.
>From the HP Manager - "I really need someone with 10+ years doing OLAP with
several years experience using Web Analysis explicitly and preferably
someone who has used Essbase 11" - If you happen to run across a senior
System 11 (Essbase) consulting candidate with 10+ years in Essbase, please
let me know. ... This individual would not necessarily be a developer doing
all hands on, but more of an architect with significant Essbase development
and OLAP leadership background.
Experience must be on resume if they have it!
*Essbase/Hyperion Planning developer
- Essbase System 11 (or at least System 9) Integration services/Shared
services/ Essbase Studio
- API/MXL/ Essbase scripts
- Hyperion Smartview report design
- Hyperion Planning administration/configuration, webforms design
-basic SQL skills Create/modify cube structure (outline, scripts,
DLR etc..), create process to load dimensions and measures (Integration
services +creation of MXL/API scripts for automation)
Create/modify reports in Smartview.
Configure/perform administrative tasks in Hyperion Planning.
Create/Modify Webforms.
Very skilled with Dimensional Cube
Very skilled with UI Flow Design
