Job Description:
*Location: Washington DC*
*Rate: $45-$50/h*
*client: Dept of Health(Govt)*
*H1, EAD, GC and Citizens are ok.*
*Front-End/UI Automation Engineer (Senior Level)*
*Major Duties & Responsibilities:*
- Provide technical guidance on technology stack/tool set for building
automated tests
- Identify end user scenarios and create an incremental automation
roadmap
- Build automated testing framework with the following elements:
- Scheduling/Automatic execution
- Keyword & Data Driven
- Error handling
- Data validation
- Reporting
- Easy to expand, maintain, and perpetuate
- API Testing
- VB Scripting
- Backend Testing with SQL.
- Contribute to the quality of the solutions by developing tools and
frameworks to identify issues early in the process, as well as improving
testability and automatability
- Develop test suites to evaluate functionality, performance,
scalability, security and reliability
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Management,
or related field
- Professional experience in testing of complex front ends (manual and
automated)
- Strong knowledge of front-end test automation tools and test
methodology, including multi-device and cross-browser test strategies (HP
Quick Test Pro / HP Unified Functional Test)
- 6 + years hands-on coding experience in writing UI Automation scripts
and develops the Automation framework for the complex healthcare
application.
- 3+ years with QTP
- Strong experience in UFT required
- WebServices testing with SOAPUI.
- Experience in ALM is preferred.
- System Integration Testing & User Acceptance Testing
- Must be a self-starter/self-directed member of the team
*Tools must know:*
- UFT 12
- QTP 11
- ALM 11.52
- SOAPUI Pro
- SQL
