Understand application data mapping from multiple sources in order to provide feedback to development team, as required. Independent, directionally driven to produce project specifications and functional documentation for development and QA test teams *SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY* The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. •Advanced knowledge of user behavior and site technical organization and operations. Constant drive to stay up-to-date with digital industry trends and technologies. •Strong sense of process and the ability to innovate and conceptualize in order to translate complex concepts into visual representations. •In depth knowledge of web design and Internet technologies including but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, DHTML, CSS. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS •A four year college degree or combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. •Two to four years’ experience in information architecture, interaction design, and usability in the development of large scale websites. •Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and testing skills. •Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively identify and drive the requirements definition with stakeholders and product owners. •Ability to process complex, time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions and communicate actions with clarity to both technical and business audience. •Experience negotiating business decisions, as well as able to work well with people from many disciplines.
