Two in Raleigh NC / Operations day to day shifts with weekend work L3
Support
Rolling Shift work – (3 days on, 4 Days off, 4 days on, 3 days) Some
flexibility allowed to swap shifts, primarily need to ensure adequate
coverage. 12hr shifts - 7am to 7pm (EST)
Weekend work will alternate. Cisco skill sets will work opposite shifts
from each other in conjunction with Avaya skill set resources
Two in NYC ---9-5 hours Level 3 support
*Senior Cisco IPT Engineer *
*- 10+ years of industry experience*
* - 8+ years deploying Cisco IPT (Unified Communications Products)*
- Must have demonstrable hands-on experience with the following products:
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- Cisco Unity Voicemail
- Cisco Voice Gateways (39XX series)
- Cisco IP Phones
- Deploy Cisco UC on UCS Servers
- Telepresence
- Jabber
- Unified Attendant Console
- Cisco Expressway Server
- Network Routing/Switching skills
- Cisco Catalyst Series
- Complete understanding of Layer 2 & Layer 3 concepts
- Routing Protocols
- Cisco CCNP required; CCNP-Voice desired; CCIE a plus
- Network Security skills a plus
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-facing skills.
