The Hourly rate is *DOE*. *Critical Skills:* ** Web sphere ESB (version 6.2 preferred) Java/J2EE patterns; Eclipse IDE and related tools; Continuous Integration Message Oriented Middleware (MQ, MSMQ, JMS, etc.) Deep, hands-on Integration background (SOA, general ESB) Knowledge of Operational Readiness (Continuous Operation / High Availability, Redundancy, Monitoring / Alerting, etc.) *Role includes: * ** Integrating business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements (initially of Integrated Intake) with capabilities of Web sphere ESB and (possibly) related technologies. Contributing to patterns and technical approaches to meet key use cases (e.g., Mediation/Transformation, Message Routing, Transactions, Event-Driven Architectures) Building out initial environment(s) and delivering Proof-of-Technology deliverables (ensures that ESB integrates cleanly with existing and planned integration infrastructure (including SOA, Portal, ECF, etc.)). Working with stakeholders in Delivery Services, CIP, and Operations to present designs and obtain approvals.
