*Rate: DOE* *Long Term Contract* Configuring, administering and maintaining the OS X client management solution (Apple Remote Desktop (ARD). Packaging Mac software for distribution (updates and new software) Maintaining Mac system security compliance at the direction of IT security (This should be reviewed at all point releases; i.e 10.9.x as well as 10.x) Building and maintaining Mac system configurations or images (updates should be bundled quarterly in the base image) Building and maintaining a scalable system deployment workflow Training, mentoring and documenting for support staff on system deployment and support procedures Integrating Hardware/Software Inventory/Procurement processes with appropriate systems Planning for and supporting OS and corporate application updates (Yosemite, Adobe, XCode, Office, Adobe Products, etc) Third Level Support for break/fix calls As the Center of Excellence for Mac usage, this group should take on the overall ownership of delivery for Mac units Define detailed processes, including procurement, break/fix, software distribution, OS/other software certification, governance, etc. Refine Architecture and Engineering documentation, and obtain approvals from the appropriate committees Obtain tools to support remediation and ongoing support Engage Apple, or other vendor as appropriate, to provide oversight and expertise Leverage management tool to register users and obtain detailed installed software Fully productionize support: Compile knowledge base/decision tree information necessary to support leveraged resources (help desk, CDS) Ensure ongoing focus on OS/software certification and addressing of risk issues Provide SME to ongoing support agreements (Apple, management system) Implement software into the MAL (Master Application List) process Experience with Mac enterprise 'management tools' - JAMF, ADmitMac, and Flexera *Regards,* *Rahman, * *Sr Resource Recruiter* *[email protected] <[email protected]>* *703 246 1849* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
