This is an Agile environment so someone that has been a BA in an Agile environment and has written user stories is going to really shine. They use Team Foundation Server but all they do with it is enter the user stories into it. This is all application development for web development. *Description : *Conducts business process analysis and needs assessment in an effort to align information technology solutions with the business initiatives. Focuses on supporting and enhancing current applications and becomes the customer relationship manager for all business applications for the identified customer. Prepares business, functional, system and programming specifications using industry accepted practices to implement, maintain and enhance current and new systems. Participates in application testing and acceptance to ensure business needs are met.
