Workday Integration Developer Contract Duration: 5 months Location: South Brunswick, New Jersey $70 C2C Rate Minimum Requirements: Applicant should have a solid understanding of HR business processes and SaaS, cloud-based integration development. Experience with HR/Payroll related integrations and interfaces is required (Workday HCM preferred). Experience in implementing and supporting an ERP specifically in the areas of interface design and development is required. - Bachelor's Degree - Workday Certification and experience a plus - Workday custom integration tool experience (EIB, Document Transformation and Workday Studio) - Fluency in Web Services standards and technologies ( XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, UDDI, etc.) - Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS industry - Implementation and/or production support experience in any of the Human Resource, Payroll, Talent applications such as Workday or Integration experience with third-party service vendors - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Solid verbal and written communication skills Description: 1. Work with various groups and third-party vendors to gather business requirements, analyze, and provide conceptual and detail design to meet business needs. 2. Create detailed system integration specifications, field mapping, and system process designs and document the detailed functional design 3. Perform necessary Workday integration development according to specifications. 4. Define test scenarios, conduct unit testing, and document evidence of testing. 5. Respond to open incidents related to the Workday integrations. 6. Provide subject matter expertise regarding Workday integration technology - responsible for understanding new functionality and assisting business stakeholders in using Workday effectively and efficiently.
