*Fortis Integration Engineer Position* *Location : Jersey City, NJ. Only local candidates will be considered.* *Rate: $35 - $48 per hour corp. to corp.* Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Assist in all aspects of integrating Fortis users to the standard platform · Assist in planning, support and documentation related to the integration · Build, test, coordinate and deploy new PC installations · Coordinate integration and physical move of existing Fortis workstations into the environment · Technical support of Fortis XP and existing workstations and peripherals · Troubleshoot issues with MS Office, Lotus Notes, etc., and other related applications. · Perform UAT of packaged applications and upgrades · Install software Fortis workstations as required · Planning and coordination of printer and fax machine deployment · Monitor progress of Active Directory (groups and accounts creation) · Coordinate and monitor migration of data · Must be able to work some weekends if required *Skills: * Adobe Acrobat, Computer Technical Support, Customer Service, File System, Documentation skills, Internet Security, LAN/WAN Communications, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Windows 2000/XP • Must have working knowledge of Active Directory structure and functionality * * *Additional Skills: * Language Skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to write routine reports and spreadsheets -- Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
