Well-developed active listening, facilitation and presentation skills · Knowledge of complex business principles and transportation management is a plus · Deep knowledge of IT software development life cycle methodologies and processes · Well-developed time management and prioritization skills · Demonstrated analytical capabilities including complex technical problem solving · Ability to apply an understanding of in-depth functionality of multiple transportation-related systems · Ability to establish and maintain solid business relationships and work effectively with senior business and client contacts · Ability to mentor and guide others in technical skills · Ability to communicate business needs to technical people and to communicate and simplify complex technical information for non-technical people *Essential Functions:* · Facilitates the review and analysis of business requirements as it relates to integration aspects · Determines and gathers work estimates for projects. · Creates and maintains technical specs and documentation for project artifacts. · Develops and codes applications to specification. · Identifies and implements appropriate testing strategy. · Executes all steps required to deploy/implement the application solution. · Promotes a self directed team environment.
