Basic Skills should be: 4 years of experience on CA Unicenter NSM 4 years of Event Management (Message Records & Actions) 4 years of UJMA, WLM and RAC experience (inclusive of installation and configuration). Windows 2000, 2003 Server Administration experience Unix (AIX) server administration 5.1, 5.3 SQL Database 2000 experience, inclusive of DTS, isql, osql, sqlcmd Windows XP Desktop Administration to support RAC setup Details of the skills: Self-managing, Sr. IT Support Resource.
