The candidate MUST have a MINIMUM of 4 years hand-on experience with IBM WebSphere Administration. Responsibilities include Support ongoing Production and non-production application environments on an on-call rotational schedule. Management of critical systems / systems processes and problem resolution /escalations of data networking and system management issues. Perform Websphere Application Server and MQ Administration, WSADMIN scripting. Installation, configuration and administration of application servers and Webservers that host intranet / internet facing Java / J2EE applications Server setup and mgmt, Infrastructure and Environment migrations. Automation of Healthchecks - Review current Wily alerts and custom scripts. Categorize them based on priority, set up thresholds and perform tuning to ensure manageability and also 24x7 uptime for all services. Use the application performance monitoring tool, CA Wily Introscope, to perform performance tuning, problem investigation and resolution in coordination with the development and support teams Performance tuning of J2EE applications and servers, Capacity management for organic and inorganic growth, and Fault/Trouble mgmt.
