*Title: Senior User Interface Developer (2 Openings)* *Location: Conroe, Texas* *Duration: 6 Months* *Rate: 55/hr on C2C* *Locals are Highly Preferred !!!* *Summary:* We are seeking a UI Developer to be a member of the Technical Software Solutions team and to build high quality user focused web applications. You will work closely with a UX designer to develop technical web applications for Nation Oilwell Varco - Downhole, a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and sale of equipment and components used in oil gas drilling and production. You will work closely with product owners, web developers, and UX designers to create innovative UIs. You will be responsible for developing a best-in-class user-focused solution leveraging the latest in web development technology. *Qualifications and Experience:* · Must have at least 5 years industry experience in UI development · Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills · Experience in working on an Agile team · Experience designing modern web apps · Proven data model design experience · Experience with standard tools of the trade such as Visual Studio, HTML5/CSS, JSON, JQuery · Developing JavaScript client applications leveraging back-end services over HTTP/JSON APIs.
