This is the location for NM. Rates should be very complimentry.. SCM engineer, Software Configuration Management (Configuration Identification, Control, Status Accounting, and Audits) for ITD projects including web and mainframe development. Develop and implement SCM processes in keeping with industry best practices. BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an engineering discipline. Required experience: 5 years experience in SCM including change control and change management; development and implementation of SDLC process; build and release Management; SCM in a parallel development environment; administration of a third generation SCM tool (e.g., ClearCase, ClearQuest, AccuRev, Perforce, MKS). Helpful Experience: SCM in Agile development environment; CMMI experience. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to build cohesion across the Department and with vendors on SDLC processes. Willingness to work off hours and over time on a comp basis as needed. Strong trouble shooting capabilities. Ability to work with little supervision. Ability to multi-task.
