- Experience with network and/or telephony infrastructure including
administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows based servers with the ability to install,
configure, train, administer and troubleshoot 3rd party vendor applications.
- Operations back ground for system troubleshooting and analytical
problem solving
- Software package upgrades
- Responsible troubleshooting network connectivity, firewalls, Citrix
and other remote desktop solutions
- Provide creative solutions to resolve existing and incoming issues for
new applications
*Skills Overview*
- 5-7 years software/infrastructure experience
- High technical aptitude to:
- Understand host files, security certificates, browser settings
- SQL server, Windows operating systems on desktop and servers
- Firewalls, proxy settings
- Experience with network and/or telephony infrastructure including
administration and troubleshooting
- Ability to work with multiple departments
- Lead calls and action plans
