The Contractor must ensure that the IBM InfoSphere Information Server Platform Designer consultant assigned to this project is available to provide services to DMV eight (music) hours per day, during DMV’s regular office hours, Mondays through Fridays, excluding New York State and Federal holidays. Therefore, DMV anticipates the annual estimated number of hours to be worked by the consultant(s) chosen to fill each position to be approximately 2,080 hours. Scope of Work: The New York State Information Technology Services General Government Cluster (GGC) is architecting, creating and implementing an on-line real time Quality Stage Matching service, on behalf of New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. DMV requires the assistance of one qualified IBM InfoSphere Information Server Platform Designer consultant. The consultant will work with GGC’s Enterprise Information Management Office staff architecting, creating and implementing an on-line real time Quality Stage Matching service and, in the process, enhance the IBM InfoSphere DataStage and QualityStage Designer skill set of the GGC’s Enterprise Information Management Office staff. This project has an aggressive implementation schedule and has little to no time to waste for an unseasoned consultant’s startup time. Services provided will include, but may not be limited to the following: Establishing and completing the infrastructure with-in the following framework: Including designing, creating and implementing the framework of each component IBM InfoSphere DataStage and QualityStage Designer on Windows SQL Server 2008 Matching job will be a Web Service IBM Z/OS DB2 V10.1 stores the client data IBM Change Data Capture tools The consultant must possess the skills required to design and architect all components of the matching process. Components that may be required include, but are not limited to: Use existing Name & Address table to create a standardized reference table (30 million rows). Designing, creating, implementing and keeping the standardized reference table in-sync with the existing Name & Address table. Develop Match Blocking criteria and passes. Build/Re-building of frequency files. Create/Tune the callable Web Service for the best performance. Training GGC Enterprise Information Management Office staff and working closely with them on a daily basis to mentor and enhance their IBM InfoSphere DataStage and QualityStage Designer skill set.
