*Short Description:*
NET Agile coach and Scrum Master.
This resource will be a lead technical developer who also has the capacity
to act as an Agile coach and Scrum Master for the technical team.
*Full Description:*
Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and
procedures
Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
Understand backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task
definition
Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and
better development practices
Ability to read, understand, and create design documents
Technical understanding of infrastructure components, their dependencies,
and interactions between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, web
applications, etc.
Ability to proactively participate in customer engagements, follow
direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in
technical planning
Possess strong communications skills
*Required Skills*
Scrum Master and Agile Coach experience - 5 years
C#, ASP.NET, MVC experience - 5 years
Experience with automated unit testing - 5 years
Knowledge and experience with Entity Framework -5 years
Experience with HTML/ CSS, JavaScript and jQuery - 3years
T-SQL language skills working with MS SQL-3 years
Must have Experience with Nunit, TDD, MVC4, MVC3, SSIS, Jenkins, SVN,
and GIT- 3 years
