*Position: Sr.Java Developer * *Location: Naperville, IL* *Duration: 6+ Months* Senior Software Engineer (Java) The individual will be responsible for working with a team of 3 to 8 developers to develop enterprise level applications. You will be responsible for delivering high quality code and working closely with team members. Responsibilities Include: Being a team player and adhering to project schedule Writing code enhancements and supporting existing code Providing guidance to junior developers in the team Working closely with testing team *Minimum Requirements:* At least 5 years of experience in development of *Java web applications* Hands on experience in *Core Java and J2EE technologies (EJB, JSP, Servlets, JMS, Web Services)* Hands on with any of the *IDE *(Eclipse, Netbeans etc) and *Application Servers* (Websphere, Weblogic, Tomcat etc) Experience with *SQL and Databases* (DB2, Oracle or SQL Server) Experience in working on *AIX / Solaris / Linux platforms* Working Knowledge of *Object oriented programming and SOA* Must be proficient in the *full development lifecycle* Good knowledge in latest technologies (MVC/Spring and Hibernate) is a plus Strong relationship management skills, including exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
