*SpotFire Developer* *Location: Houston, Texas* *Duration: 1yr Contract* *Skill Level: Senior level* *Rate: $60 - $65/hr on C2C* Notes: Candidate must be able to sit onsite full-time. Candidates do not have to be local now but should be willing to come to Houston for the job full-time. Communication needs to be strong. They may be on visa but the expiration should not be anytime soon as this is a long-term contract and we don’t want problems with extensions. *Job Description:* - Build dashboards using SpotFire, Xcelsius or other development tool. - Work with business analysts to understand requirements - Perform SpotFire Administrative tasks in support of the SpotFire environment including installations, upgrades, patching, performance tuning and deployment - SpotFire Architecture responsibilities - Write programmatic code to extend basic SpotFire functionality as required - Develop programs as required - Unit test reports in preparation for UAT - Publish reports *Basic/Required Qualifications:* - Experience with the following: · Building dashboards with Xcelsius & SpotFire · Building analytical reports with SpotFire · SpotFire Administration · Building applications using Visual Basic, .Net, JavaScript or other programing languages - Understanding databases management systems like SQL Server, Oracle, and SAP Business Warehouse - SQL development against Oracle databases - Understanding of reporting presentation options (Web, Excel, etc.) - SpotFire Administration of a leveraged SpotFire environment - Experience connecting SpotFire to the following data sources: Oracle, SQL Server, SAS, SAP ECC, SAP BW 3.5/7.0, Teradata - Database design, query optimization and overall data analysis and data visualization - Basic understanding of Database Administration - Analysis, requirements and design of solutions, including data services and client interface - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet task deadlines - Ability to work independently, self-motivated, with excellent verbal communication skills - Ability to teach, education, train and perform knowledge transfer -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
