Someone familiar with Performance Best practices who will be capable of appreciating the already captured business requirements, validate with technical experts of the application and/or industry benchmarks and insure performance stability against the proposed technical architecture. The project is in the development stages so there is no current state environment analysis per se. The resource must have a working awareness of the potential bottlenecks to look out for.
