Position Title: PeopleSoft HRMS Admin Location: Erlanger, KY Duration: 6-12 months Contract Phone or FTF Interview: Phone / FTF **Mid-West US regional candidates strongly preferred (West Coast and East Coast candidates will most likely not be considered by the managers)** *Description:* Candidate will provide end user query support for PeopleSoft HRMS modules such as Workforce Administration, Benefits, Time and Labor and Organizational Development. Will provide end user support for PeopleSoft HRMS security issues and support IS/Risk Management by processing PeopleSoft HRMS security. Will provide support to IS/Risk Management and to PWC and Deloitte auditors regarding SOX Segregation of Duties audits. Will maintain HR department tree and provide affiliate support for same. Will support end user and IS/IT enterprise portal requests. *WORK REQUIREMENTS* · Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS modules such as Workforce Administration, Benefits, Time and Labor and Organizational Development. · Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS Tree Manager. · Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS Query Tool. · Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS Security. · Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS reporting and support responsibilities · Experience with web services integrated with PeopleSoft. · Experience with reporting detailed and summary status, milestones, and deliverables regarding project assignments. · In-depth knowledge of system development methodology; proven experience in all phases from inception through implementation. · Ability to plan, organize and review the work of technical personnel. · Ability to present and explain technical information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences. · Ability to review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. · Ability to communicate effectively with technical team and end-users. · Must be able to support multiple sub projects and iterations with several working groups simultaneously. · Self-motivated, drives to closure. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team in an ever-changing environment. · Must be proficient in Microsoft Access, Expression Web, SharePoint, Excel and Word. *Additional Qualifications:* · The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst / project manager with preferred experience in human capital management disciplines. · PMP or other advanced certification/degree highly desirable. *Preferred Skills:* · Familiar with industry standards, current and emerging technologies, and business processing mapping. · Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications.
