Locals please. *Responsibilities:* · Develop and maintain best practice documentation to improve inefficiency and streamline business processes. · Develop and customize reporting for program management and measurement · Oversee adoption of improved business processes; enhance quality of data inputs, data outputs and reports. · Develop and maintain standardized deliverables and artifacts aligned to VAST Program stages. · Respond to periodic ad hoc requests for operational information from internal constituents. · Proactive communication and coordination with internal team members and customers as required. *Skills/Requirements:* · Confidence, energy, and the desire to improve the operations function within the team · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Detail oriented with excellent follow-through; ability to think strategically and deliver tactically · Project coordination skills - Experience with Salesforce.com required - Expertise in Microsoft Office suite - 1-3 years knowledge of professional services business and processes or data analysis experience preferred - Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics/business administration or other quantitative discipline.
