*Title: *PeopleSoft FSCM Lead Technical Developer *Location:* Louisville, KY *Contract Duration:* 3+ Month Contract *** Must have previous experience as a Team Lead or PM - must have managed a team in the past *** *Job Description:* NTT DATA is seeking bright and motivated *PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Developer *for a contract opportunity. The ideal candidates will have the skills to provide *technical FSCM development *services to clients and extensive experience in *FSCM implementation, upgrades and migration projects*; helping our clients gain the optimum benefit from their PeopleSoft software. Projects are executed on-site with a typical week of four x 10-hour days. In addition to the long-term opportunities of professional development and growth, accepted candidates will participate on a client assignment in Louisville, KY. *This project involves the upgrade of an existing PeopleSoft Financials, HCM and CRM application. * *The project is a full lifecycle upgrade including requirements gathering, design/prototyping, test scripting /testing, issue resolution and elevation to production. The individual will act as a Developer in support of the testing phase of the project leading up to go-live. * The role will require the ability to assist in resolution of both business process and application issues through coordination with functional and technical resources. *General Duties/Tasks: * *Act as a Lead Developer for the modules in scope (General Ledger, Travel and Expenses, Asset Management, Payables and Inventory) The ideal candidates should have recent experience in at least two of these modules.* Complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the Team Lead and Project Manager. Take personal responsibility for continual process improvement. Facilitate and participate in meetings when appropriate. Produce timely, high quality deliverables that exceed the expectations of the client. *Required Skills: * Experience with multiple *PeopleSoft FSCM modules.* Extensive understanding and previous work experience as a *PeopleSoft technical developer in multiple implementations and/or upgrade projects.* *Minimum of three to five years current, hands-on PeopleSoft experience.* *PeopleSoft version 9.1 or higher experience required with upgrade and/or implementation experience.* *Desired Skills: * Superior verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
