Responsible for software upgrades, patches, policy development, performance tuning and ongoing support. Provide second level support for production problems related to Siteminder, LDAP, application problems, systems errors and other support related issues. Assist with production application migration/integration. Should also be able to cross train IT admins and developers on Siteminder skills. *Must know how to write Java APIs for Siteminder integration.* Analyze business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems. Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards Required Skills Proven production support of Siteminder , LDAP, SAML.
