The candidate will be working in a fast-paced, Agile environment supporting portfolio and operational reporting needs. Depending on experience, the candidate may also assist on ETL development and support. *Required Skills:* · 4+ years of experience working with SAP Business Objects reporting suite. · Creating universes using Universe Design Tool. · Creating reports using BI Launch Pad and/or Web Intelligence Rich Client. · Basic knowledge of CMC. · Strong SQL Knowledge. · Strong Relational Database or BI Database structures knowledge, including data warehousing. *Preferred skills, but not required:* · Experience working with Oracle RDBMS and DB2 are strongly preferred. · Experience in design, development, testing and support of Informatica 8.6 or above is a plus. · Experience in design, development, testing and support of OBIEE reporting suite is a plus. · Experience working in Agile teams is a plus. *Non-Technical Skills:* · Basic knowledge of insurance and financial services products is preferred. · Must be able to work independently and have excellent planning/organizational, problem-solving, analytical, time management, decision-making, and communication skills. · Must have strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with cross functional team members to develop system solutions. · Must be able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality. · Basic leadership skills and ability to mentor others is a plus.
