Meets with stakeholders to discuss, define and capture requirements. · Experience using business analysis in order to translate business questions into data analysis problems · The ability to conduct competitive business intelligence research and in-depth analysis on program data, perform trend analysis etc. · Analyze and evaluate content and performance of queries, reports, and other data-based processes suggesting improvements which may include changes in the structure or indexing of data, as well as programming changes. · Conduct detailed analysis of databases and systems to identify real or potential data quality issues including accuracy, completeness, relevance, and timeliness.
