Candidate will: Primary responsibility will be performing daily support of the Windows Server environment. Must be able to clearly communicate with AB internal & external business partners. Offer exceptional customer service to internal/external customers by being highly communicative and responsive to their requests for assistance Work with a variety of business areas to maintain and support Microsoft Windows Servers running 2003, 2008, and .NET technology Work closely with IT development staff, Enterprise Technology staff and business areas. Key areas of expertise include Windows Servers, security, server monitoring, and network infrastructure Support and troubleshoot Windows server applications developed in-house and externally. Provide on-site support to diagnose and resolve both emergency and chronic problems related to hardware and software availability, security, performance, connectivity, and overall functionality Work with Development staff to implement changes to applications and troubleshoot application problems.
