Position:Tibco Integrations Analyst Location:Wichita, Kansas Duration: 6-12 Months MANAGER NOTES: **The Integrations Analyst is a hands-on role.** Must have background with at least one of the following: WebMethods, BPEL and TIBCO. Also must have development experience in XML, JMS and Business Works. Also, there are legacy systems involved so experience with iSeries and/or Oracle applications and integrations would be nice to have. Description: Consults with Business Units on integration architecture. Performs a quality assurance role to ensure integration solutions align with Client strategy and technologies. Designs and develops internal and external application integrations. Researches and highlights forward-looking integration solutions based on industry trends. Specialist in Tibco Business Works integrations design and development. - Develop, test, and implement internal and external application integration solutions. - Understand and follow software integration development standards, and perform QA reviews with other team members. - Participate in projects to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our integration technical environment. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree, preferably in CS or MIS. 4+ years professional experience considered in lieu of degree. 7+ years IT experience with a focus on application integration 3+ years experience with WebMethods, BPEL, or TIBCO Proven data flow analytic skills Experience working with partners to evaluate business needs and define requirements and architecture.
