Java/J2EE: 6+ yrs web application/server side development and system architecture and project lead w/in an MVC Framework - they use Spring MVC but any MVC is ok 2. UML: 2+ yrs experience and a strong understanding of how it applies to object oriented designs and knowledge of interpreting and implementing design patterns 3. Database Concepts: SQL and/or DB2 - enterprise level development and a solid understanding of large databases. Day to Day Responsibilities: --Responsible for directing development resources in the build or modification of Web Information Systems and applications on the Java platform. Ensure standards and procedures are being followed to support, maintain and document applications.
